Phillies' Seranthony Dominguez Begins Rehab Assignment
IronPigs to Host Right-Handed Reliever

The Philadelphia Phillies have sent right-handed pitcher Seranthony Dominguez on a rehabilitation assignment to the Lehigh Valley IronPigs. Dominguez, who has been sidelined since July 2022 due to a right elbow injury, will report to the Triple-A affiliate on Tuesday.
The 28-year-old Dominican is expected to make a series of rehab appearances with the IronPigs before rejoining the Phillies' active roster. The length of his assignment will depend on his progress and performance.
Dominguez, a key member of the Phillies' bullpen in recent years, has a career record of 10-6 with a 3.04 ERA and 150 strikeouts in 138 innings pitched. He was named to the National League All-Star team in 2021.
